I would first like to wish everyone a Happy New Year. I hope everyone's first day of 2009 was as enjoyable as mine. We had the first group ride of the year. We left from the Clarendon road trail head and rode for about 20 miles. The weather was great, in the 40's with a breeze. We had about eight members show up, thanks everyone!
Don't forget about the regular Sunday rides leaving from the Katy Depot trail head on Sundays as well as the Wednesday and Saturday evening trainer rides at Pro Velo at 6:00. Also, the next PRBC meeting will be on the 12th at 5th Street Brew Pub at 7:00 (same bat time, same bat place).
Everyone have a great rest of the week and good start to the new year.

We would all like to welcome Aaron Fisher as the new PRBC President. Let's all give him a big welcome and do what we can to help him keep thing running smoothly.?
As for other business; there will be Wednesday night trainer rides being held at Pro Velo as close to 6:00 PM as possible. There will also be trainer rides held on Saturdays also being held as close to 6:00 PM as possible. The club calendar will be updated with these events.?

Well everyone, it's the Holiday season once again. Everyone is busy this time of year especially, but don't forget about the upcoming rides. There is the New Year's Day ride on the first day of 2009, and the Polar Bear ride coming up in February. Also wanted to remind everyone the Wednesay evening rides have been moved to Sunday afternoon at 1:00 to accomodate the winter light situation. Rides leave from the Katy Depot. Also keep an eye out for our new Myspace page coming soon. That's all for now, another update to come soon. Keep riding and stay warm!?
